• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a HR systems role required. • Experience in an HR Service Center strongly preferred. • Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting is preferred.• Experience with Reporting Tools, preferably Cognos.• Significant knowledge of current developments in HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), (UltiPro ATS)• Significant knowledge of reporting tools and techniques.• Must possess strong relationship building and communication skills, with proven ability to successfully collaborate with all levels of staff, business partners. • Business acumen and emotional intelligence are a must. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Highly effective written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.• Excellent judgment skills and willingness to take accountability and ownership.
    
Education Certifications/Licensure Experience
  • 4 year Degree
• Manage HR systems enhance process improve workflow. • Responsible for creating reports and analytics from our HRIS.• Working with Cognos BI reporting tool.• Create and Manage reports re: Turnover, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, vendor spend, customer satisfaction, etc.• Facilitate the documentation of business requirements, change management as it relates to HR system projects.• Participate in HR systems project prioritization discussions.• Interface with project stakeholders.  • Foster and maintain successful, productive working relationships with CleanSlate's systems business partners.

The HRIS Manager is responsible for generating and delivering reports, using Cognos Reporting Tools. This position reports directly to CHRO.  The HRIS Manager's focus will include reporting and analytics.
