Job Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary: Coordinates, organizes and heads efforts to represent employer favorably in the community. Plans programs that promote good will and fosters relationships with community leaders.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain referral sources.

  • Attend events in the community increasing community awareness of CSC mission and values. This position will serve Connecticut.

  • Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for CSC

  • Develop strategy to Identify and sustain relationships with healthcare, behavioral health, support groups, payers, and correctional facilities.

  • Perform visits to physician offices, hospitals, treatment organizations, correctional facilities to educate and inform on CSC’s services

  • Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships for CSC

  • Hold events designed to increase networking efforts, clinic visibility and CSCs reputation as a high quality addiction treatment recource

  • Conduct center tours and give presentations of CSC’s services

  • Prepare presentations using CSC marketing materials

  • Represent CSC at industry and chamber events

  • Partner with community leaders and organizations to create access for patients.

  • Create Referral network;

  • Provide education regarding substance abuse – outpatient vs inpatient


  • HS Diploma or equivalent. Associates or higher preferred.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
