  • Advanced level of experience in MS Excel
  • Prior experience with data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Knowledge of data collection methods and data relationships
  • Prior experience in business analysis
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with team members to collect the data required to produce the monthly report to the State of PA
  • Work with Care Managers to improve documentation of activities in support of monthly State of PA reporting
  • Combine data from a variety of sources to support monthly State of PA reporting
  • Analyze monthly CoE reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Work with the Care Managers and Director to review data and resolve issues prior to report submission to the State of PA
  • Evaluate State of PA review of monthly reporting and ensure issues are addressed prior to the next month’s report
  • Lead in the continuous improvement and migration to greater automation of the monthly report and reporting process
  • Document requirements for system improvements to internal systems to support data collection
  • Document extract requirements and work with the Business Analytics team to obtain data necessary to support monthly State of PA reporting
  • Perform legal research and prepare analysis of specific legal issues and questions.
The Data Analyst reports directly to the CleanSlate Center of Excellence (CoE) Program Manager for the State of Pennsylvania and serves as an integral member of that team.  Working closely with the Director and field Care Managers, the Data Analyst is responsible for producing state required, monthly reporting on CoE activities. The PA CoE Data Analyst is expected to build relationships internally and with key individuals at the State of PA to ensure alignment and compliance with CoE reporting requirements.
