Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization. Candidates for this position should possess the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with many changes, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Prior experience working and interacting with Medical Providers of all levels is highly preferred. Other qualifications of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience with EMR or electronic scheduling systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, mainly in Excel.
  • High School Diploma required; Associates preferred.
·       Creating/maintaining master provider schedule·       Scheduling for part time provider groups and off week prescription signing·       Scheduling training, finding coverage for provider call outs·       Ensuring effective communication of all provider scheduling related information or issues to Operations Executives and Directors in a timely fashion.
CleanSlate is looking for an Assistant Provider Coordinator for our Holyoke Corporate office. The ideal candidate should have strong and demonstrated project management, analytical, organizational, and written and verbal skills. This position will have a high focus in the operational procedures of our provider scheduling function.
